1. Returns 

The rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
Please note there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products, however these limits will always be subject to your statutory rights.
You may return your item(s) with all accessories included without any damage within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. 

2. Pricing and Price Reduction/Correction 

With regards to pricing, we reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at http://www.goodpricemobile.com/ at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 

3. Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online Purchases 

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.  

4. Shipping & Delivery 

We dispatch items after full payment is received and we rely on Australia Post. Delivery time may take up to 10 business days within Australia. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, We cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. 

5. Australia Sales Only 

We accept orders from billing addresses within Australia. We will not ship products to an address outside of Australia. For product purchase from outside of Australia, please contact us via email sales@goodpricemobile.com. 

6. Product Availability and Limitations 

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, We reserve the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.  

7. Payment Options 

We have various methods you can use to pay for products at http://www.goodpricemobile.com/. Payment methods can be changed without notice. Currently you can pay by direct deposit or credit card. 

8. Data Protection 

By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request. 

9. Warranty

We provide 60 days seller replacement warranty for our products. For a period of 60 days from the date of original purchase, we warrant all our products against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with our user guide. Any attempt to open or disassemble our products by anyone except GoodPriceMobile staff members will make warranty void immediately. Any attempt to modify software will make warranty void immediately.
