Return & Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you may also be eligible to return the item for a refund under our Sale and Refund Policy (as described below). To return an item, please visit online and contact us via email 

Return Policy

Returns are subject to our Sales and Refund Policy. For more information, please see Sales and Refund Policy section below. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If buyer returns item(s) after 14 days from purchase date and seek a refund, restocking fee and repair fee may be charged. Restocking fee and repair fee will vary by the conditions of items(s) and it will be between minimum $50 and maximum purchase price of item(s). Please contact us via email to request a return. The product must be returned in the original packaging without damage, including all accessories posted. Please note that returning iPhone pursuant to this policy will not take any kind of responsibility of your mobile network agreement. You will be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges, or other charges imposed by your mobile network operator through the termination date, including any early termination fees or penalties, if applicable. Please contact your mobile network operator for more information about applicable fees. 

Return Process

You can initiate a return once your item(s) have been shipped and invoiced.

1. Contact us via email to request a return. Provide your order details and describe the problem in details.

2. Once you get the approval email of return from, you can post items you want to return within FIVE business days. Buyer is responsible for full return postage. We do NOT refund any return postage.

3. When the item is returned in original package without any damage, refund will be issued.

Once you submit a return request, you'll receive an email confirmation with your return details. Please use the original packaging. After we receive the item(s) we'll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.

Refund Methods

Your refund will be issued after we receive item(s) without damage. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

1. Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

2. Paypal refund will be sent to the original paypal account which have paid for item(s).

3. For direct deposit payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow up to 10 days for us to post the refund to your account. 

Incorrect or Damaged Item(s)

If you have received a wrong product or it has been damaged, please contact us via email We will organize a replacement or refund.

Problem with Your Product(s)

If you have hardware or software problem with your product, please contact us via email We will see if we can sort it out first and if we can't, we will organize a replacement or refund.
